The years of experience our specialist staff enjoy in the areas of systemconstruction and design, process engineering and thermodynamics have created a solid basis for developing ground-breaking technologies and innovations.

This is supported by constant access to a 40 m-long test centre system, the largest production-scale system of its kind. This system serves as a development platform for DRYTEC and means we can achieve production speeds of 3 - 1,600 m/min. and offers diverse opportunities for testing under real-life conditions.

A particular feature of DRYTEC systems is high-level performance. Examples of this include:

• the various nozzle systems, manufactured from high-precision continuous cast aluminium sections
• static charging during rehumidifying
• intermediate cooling of the substrate with nitrogen
