What do we mean by quality?

We make great demands in terms of quality and safety, and do so from the very outset, at the design and development stage. These expectations are then maintained at our production sites in Hamburg-Norderstedt and Varel (near Wilhelmshaven) and, finally, the same standards are observed by our staff when providing a professional installation and commissioning service.

For quality assurance, DRYTEC systems are fitted with appropriate process control systems, ensuring continuous monitoring and control of all relevant process parameters.

What do we mean by safety?

On top of this, our customers enjoy the benefits of well-established safety components such as:

• active safety features, e.g. all-round contact strips, safeguards against lowering and redundant solvent concentration measurement
• passive safety features by means of proof of explosion deformation in extreme cases
• systematic monitoring of operating parameters via the PROTEC visualisation system (circulating air humidity and temperatures, substrate temperatures, air speeds and volumes, etc.)
