DRYTEC CIRCULATING AIR SYSTEMS combined with the unique variation possibilities of the HIGHDRY modular system offer the optimal solution for almost every requirement.

Type S dryers in the HIGHDRY 250 to 500 series are based on a consistent compact design concept. The frequency-controlled circulating air blowers located only in the upper section of the dryer supply both the upper section and the lower section. The air ratio can be varied by means of control dampers in the overflow connections. The Type S combines maximum drying performance with minimum space requirement and flutter-free web transport.

THE AIR CIRCULATION SYSTEM IN THE TYPE M unit not only has an independent temperature control in the upper and lower sections of the dryer but also permits completely different air blowing speeds to be set by means of independent frequency-controlled circulating air blowers.

The effective width independent return flow speed of the blown air is ensured by the return flow ducts, of the central suction unit, arranged absolutely symmetrically between the nozzles. While maintaining the compact design the Type M offers unique flexibility.

FLOATING FLUTTER-FREE WEB TRANSPORT IN FLOATEC permits the contactless drying of substrates coated on one or both sides. The web is guided in a slightly sinusoidal form with minimum web tension and high heat transfer. Highly developed precision nozzle systems are used in all standard DRYTEC dryers. They guarantee highest performance with homogeneous drying and minimal specific energy consumption.
