System set-up & commissioning

A highly qualified team of engineers, technicians and process experts is at your disposal for installing and commissioning your system. We install your systems or components according to your order, either as part of a supervision installation or as a turnkey installation.

Subsequently, the dry and wet commissioning as well as the acceptance runs are carried out under our trained eyes. Of course, we also offer customised solutions and adaptations to existing products. We will be happy to provide training for your system operators before and during the commissioning phase.

Consistent and ongoing research and quality assurance

Our claim is to produce drying and humidification technology that meets the highest requirements. To achieve this, our qualified developers, engineers and process technicians dedicate themselves to their work every day with great commitment.

We benefit from the world's largest production-scale test facility at the Technology Center of our sister company KROENERT. It serves DRYTEC as a development platform and we develop solutions, optimise and test products in close cooperation with our customers.

Innovations and decades of experience have paved the way to success for some of the most demanding technical concepts: The CONTEC nozzle system, static charging in rehumidifying and substrate intercooling by means of circulating nitrogen are examples of how we have implemented trailblazing ideas by means of state-of-the-art technologies.

Topics such as air routing and treatment, external air tightness, thermal insulation and nozzle technology receive special attention in the development and manufacturing process of compact dryers.
